How Does Manifestation Work?

In the same way that your thoughts can create your reality, a manifestation is where your energy creates it. When you are constantly feeling down and being negative, you are going to attract and manifest negative energy.

When manifesting, the first thing you need to do is examine your thoughts and feelings.

So, if you follow this straightforward manifestation guide, you may well get exactly what you want in 24 hours or even less!

Manifestation Step 1: Choose What You Want To ManifestI believe it is important to know exactly why you want something specific in your life before you decide to manifest it.

Start by finding a place that is quiet and private where you can visualize the thing you want for a few minutes.

Focus all your energy on seeing the object or outcome in your mind, and let the good feelings well up within you.

When you visualize this step, it’s best if you can see, hear, smell, touch, and taste the outcome you’re looking for. So that it feels almost like you already own it, make it as real as you can.

Add as many details as you can, and don’t try to imagine exactly how the thing or outcome becomes yours; instead, focus solely on the end result of receiving what you desire.

Don’t think about how your desired object or outcome will manifest and don’t try to see it coming to you through any particular person or means. Your focus should be on the end result of receiving the thing of your desire.

Manifestation Step 4: Take Action To Manifest What You Want

The rest of your day can be spent living as you normally would; there are no particular actions you need to take in order to manifest (your intentions will determine your success). As soon as you’ve completed steps 1-2, you’ll just have to wait for what you want to appear.

In any case, if you feel an urge to do something specific, whether it immediately makes sense or it’s more of an intuitive desire. Follow that urge. Follow your instinct!

In 24 hours or less, if you don’t get the results you want, go back to the first two steps and repeat them.

Sometimes, writing down your desires (and the answers to specific questions posed) can give the universe an extra push to fuel your manifestation.

Manifesting slowly can be caused by a few common reasons. Consider in particular whether you don’t believe you’ll get what you ask for because you don’t believe you deserve it, or if you are doubting whether it’s possible to manifest using the Law of Attraction?

Your results can be hindered by the presence of negative emotions (such as anxiety, worry, anger, and doubt).

Manifestation Step 5:

Appreciate and Recognize This final step might not seem important at first glance, but it can actually alter your manifestation potential in the future. Basically, the key idea is that you should fully appreciate what you have once you achieve your goal. Taking proactive steps will help you remember that you asked for what you received.

Think back to the first thoughts and feelings you had when you visualized your desired object or outcome, and connect them with the new experience of having what you want. Imagine the tangible evidence that you have that thought are things, and that thinking in a certain way can create concrete changes in the world around you.
