TOP 5 WAYS TO BALANCE YOUR CHAKRAS

What is the exact process of balancing your chakras?

According to all of the blog posts and new-age yoga teachers, there are many different ways to do it.

Honestly, many of them are correct.

Right now, you can do some pretty manageable things to balance your chakras from the comfort of your own home. What’s the best part?

You can also balance your mental health by doing these things.

1. Meditation

Balancing the chakras is probably most effectively achieved through meditation. Online, you can find many chakra meditations, but you can also practice them on your own. Associated with each chakra is a seed sound, or bija mantra, and a color. Affirmations related to chakras can be used for healing and balancing through affirmations. Each of these can be used to make your meditation more effective and help you go deeper into it.

The chakra’s positive attributes should be your focus during meditation. Visualize any emotional blocks dissolving by visualizing them disappearing. See and feel what it would be like to be free from those attachments

2. Yoga

Chakra balancing is extremely effective with a regular yoga practice. The different chakras can be visualized and focused on during your practice, just as you do during meditation. While performing the postures, visualize the colors that correspond to the chakra you are focusing on your physical body will become loose as you move through the postures. Energy will flow more freely as you open up your body. The chakras will begin to balance themselves as an uninterrupted flow of energy is created. There are certain yoga postures that help balance each chakra. Chakras are generally associated with a part of the body

3. Breathwork/ Pranayama

Breathing techniques not only help to relax your body, but they also allow you to control the flow of energy through your body. Alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana) is the best pranayama for balancing. Pranayama involves blocking one nostril at a time while inhaling and exhaling deeply. Take the same number of breaths on both sides. This will balance the nadis and bring together the left and right hemispheres of the brain, easing stress and anxiety.

4. Crystals

You can connect with different parts of your consciousness with crystals because they contain special energy. You will get the greatest benefit from each chakra’s associated crystal.

• Root chakra: hematite, garnet, obsidian

• Sacral chakra: carnelian, amber, topaz

• Solar plexus chakra: citrine, jasper, tiger’s eye

• Heart chakra: rose quartz, amazonite, malachite

• Throat chakra: turquoise, aquamarine

• Third eye chakra: amethyst, lapis lazuli

• Crown chakra: clear quartz, moonstone

You should choose the crystal that corresponds to the chakra you want to focus on. If you prefer, you can choose one crystal from each chakra for the total chakra balance. When you are meditating, place the crystals near you to boost their energy.

5. Essential Oils

A variety of ailments can be treated with aromatherapy. The oils can also be used to balance chakras. Oils correspond to different chakras, just as crystals do. Aromatherapy oils can be breathed in or applied topically. If you are applying the essential oils directly to your body, you should dilute them with a carrier oil, such as coconut oil or olive oil. If not diluted, these oils can cause irritation to the skin.
